Shipping Policy for Simon Luxe

At Simon Luxe, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your items will be shipped.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., new drops or holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
    Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International (7–21 business days)

  • Express International (3–7 business days)
    Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Additional duties and taxes may apply.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example:

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 1–3 days processing + 3–5 days transit = Estimated 4–8 business days

  • Express U.S. shipping: 1–3 days processing + 1–2 days transit = Estimated 2–5 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Simon Luxe is not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Simon Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at [your email address] so we can assist where possible.


7. Signature Requirements

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your item reaches you safely. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local office.
